Upgrade was confirmed 2 days prior to arrival.
When you say this are you saying you noticed you were upgraded in the app? Or did you call ahead and get someone to upgrade you before arrival?
Upgrades are not normally confirmed before check-in (especially for non-Ambassador) in the large majority of circumstances, so I'm interested how you're getting them "confirmed" without SNAs.
