I was trying to find the pricing list in my email from May for the Spa, it was pricey but in line with other five star properties. Single massages started around $200 and up, our couples massage was $500. They did email me the pricing list while communicating in the pre arrival email.
We spent on average $100-$150 for dinner. Breakfast was around $80 (although we had that covered as Diamond). We also did the teppanyaki one night that was $300 for the two of us.
