Funny about that, I took my family around the world last year flying United & Lufthansa both Star Alliance members. Both my wife and two children had their points credited to their memberships on their return but not mine. It was a six moth battle to get them credited with similar problems to those being experienced now. Things have taken a rapid nose dive on the service front. 3 years ago my wife managed to book a transatlantic return on redemption points with one phone call. I suspect it would now take 50!
