My local fish market had some cod cheeks and I had been wanting to try them for a while. I found a Spanish recipe for cod with peppers, onions, garlic, and paprika. The taste and texture reminded me of my last meal in Barcelona a few weeks ago, and that makes me happy because I really enjoyed it. I’ll be making this again.

(and some ketchup and relish).... not too bad for store-brand patties. But they need some salt. Still have a few leftover.... likely tomorrow's lunch. Will try sirachamayo or maybe hoisin next.
I bought a box of those breaded chicken burgers a few weeks ago and they turned out to be very flexible for quick lunches and dinners.
