I've rented from Eldan the last three times that I was in Israel, most recently in February. I could not be happier, their cars are generally in better condition, and unlike Hertz, Avis, et. al., the cost of the mandatory third party insurance (liability) is included in the base price of the rental; it's not an add on. Their rental office at Ben-Gurion airport is located in the parking structure right across from the terminal.
