Just dispute the charge with your bank/credit card issuer. It is an unauthorised charge that will be reversed if you charge it (unless LOT can demonstrate that you have accepted the charge).

It can take some time before the transaction is reversed because your bank/the credit card issuer will invite LOT to comment before a final reverse is made.
