I have a claim against BA that is pending with CEDR. BA has been given 15 days to respond to my claim, but from what I've read, CEDR isn't always the best route to take. My claim is for approximately $10,000 USD, so less than the $10,000 GBP MCOL limit. Essentially, BA wrongfully denied us boarding (via a mistake they made), and so at the last minute we had to secure tickets on Virgin to return from London to the US at great expense to us.

Problem is, as US residents, we don't have an address in the UK which appears to be a requirement to pursue an MCOL claim, in the event that the CEDR claim outcome is not satisfactory. Are there any reliable services out there that handle such claims for non-UK residents? Any ideas? Thanks.
