Is the excursion list refering to or from? No upgrades to this category och from this category (there are categorise beyond this),
Or it might be better to step down to their highest Premium rooms, "PREMIUM CLUB LOUNGE ACCESS OCEAN VIEW ROOM" and ask for a confirmed upgrade to a "LAGOON VILLA CLUB LOUNGE ACCESS" - first category of Club Suites and not on the list...?
