My last experience was with a missing mielage request. I faxed copies of the ticket and boarding passes and the I notice in my missing mileage summary the the flights were put in incorrectly (NZ1 LHR-LAX, not LAX-AKL). So, I call the Service Centre and told them the story only to be told that I will have to post the originals to the Singapore office, well I think that was what he was trying to say. Rather strange considering that the request was put in with only a fax before.
If SQ wasn't such a good airline I would change my FFP.
