When TLL was started a few years ago that was the same, but BA fares also applied if you booked on BA codeshares thro HEL so you go SH+ TPs via that route. From what I can see this is sadly not the case for RIX even tho AY do serve it and there seem to be BA codeshares offered on ba.com via HEL.
