We found two doormen at all times when we walked in and out. We travel HLO anyway, but they were definitely there.

I can’t speak to the standard rooms, but what I can say is anyone paying cash at The Churchill for a zoo of a hotel is madness. We walked in and I was overwhelmed by the noise. I asked for a quiet table and they said there are none. The Club Lounge was overrun by children.

We stayed at the Andaz when it first opened and checked out a few hours later. The oddly configured suites as well as a broken elevator were enough to convince me to move.

I thought the Sherlock Suite would feel smaller, but it really didn’t.
