One can assume its more or less equal to the feedback on this forum… not a lot has happened over the last years to improve on all the negative feedback…
I know we still have work to do, but I'm not sure that's quite fair. I can only speak to the last two years that I've been here, but there's been a big push to focus more on improving the program. The training towards improved recognition onboard, the Ultimate check in counters in AMS and CDG, the dedicated areas in the lounges and fast track through customs in CDG, the alignment of the qualification period to the rest of the program, and the upgrade voucher changes all come to mind. There's more in the works too
