KrisFlyer Service level

What's the go, am I the only person getting an absolute abysmal level of service from KrisFlyer? To date in an effort to book a return domestic flight on a parter airline in the US it has taken over 20 phone calls, six emails and more frustration than I have ever experienced in my entire life.

I have been told contradictory information, placed on hold for a total of 90 minutes (after waiting in queue) and the final straw was receiving a call at 10:45 pm local time from an agent informing me my flight from Moscow to San Fran had been changed. Aside from the fact that my family was asleep my flight is from Orlando or MCO, not mother Russia.

Not too sure if US callers go to the same call centre but all callers from Australia & NZ are sent to either the KL or Singapore call centres. I believe that the Kris Flyer arm of the company has been outsourced and I'm not alone in my gripes.

I have flown SQ many many times and their service level is absolutely second to none. This experience just leaves me shocked and appalled.

Am I alone?
