Question
I have a Q fare MAD-LHR-JNB

I know Q fares cannot be upgraded via BA website, but, would I be able to upgrade the long leg LHR-JNB from Economy to Premium Economy ...for example at the airport using cash or Avios?

Premium economy on the leg LHR-JNB is wide open.
