I saw 3 people get upgraded after almost everyone was on board on DUB-DOH a few weeks back. 3 people then got on the plane and took the 3 vacated seats in economy. Flight the previous day was cancelled, so that days flight was obviously oversold.

In all my QR flights, I have never received an op up.
