Just as there exists adult only hotels, airlines should impose adult only flights. If an airline has multiple flights going out on the same route on the same day why not make 1 of them for the babies and one for adults only in peace. On wide-body international routes they could even have a sound proof baby cabin, more comfortable seatings for mothers and babies while the rest of the plane can’t hear any screaming. This would be a huge sell from all sides.
