Hoping for some help from the braintrust here

I need 130 TP for my wife to get Gold for the first time, by December 8th.

Complication is we are based in NY. So we need some way of earning it at a good TP to $ rate, which might be tricky given how crazy US domestic flights have been.

Any tips for how to get this amount?

130 suggests we need to book a premium economy transcontinental flight, of full flexibility economy? I can't seem to make the tables work to calculate this anymore on the images for the main page.
