Pax sometimes get their seat re-assigned day of travel.
Many threads documenting mysterious seat re-assignment.
Never seen a case where one of the possible explanations was that a friend of the FA with a baby got that seat.

People book all the time bulkhead seats on the 77W. Nothing to worry.


Also, as per AA website bassinets are first come first serve.
