But yes, there’s only so much room in a 737 forward galley to store items that must remain chilled until cooked/served so that’s why there’s only 12 meals. That said, it doesn’t provide for any leeway in case of a broken dish or a spoiled meal. At least one or two extra meals should be loaded if space permits.
