Flew in J YYC-FCO the other day. No printed menus unfortunately, but I had the "panko crusted salmon" and "cheese omelette with turkey bacon". One of the dinner choices was out by the time I boarded - looked like they were taking orders as people sat down (Group 3 looked to be almost done by the time I got to the gate). The same champagne as served in flight was offered as PDB. Snack basket (pringles, kitkats, cookies) was in the galley not in front of row 1 DG like on AC.
