I was not offered an upgrade (as a Titanium) as they mention the hotel is having very high occupancy .

Was told that my entitlement for breakfast is only at the lounge. Seems like they do not allow breakfast at the restaurant for elite members.Flavours mention I need to pay 800baht if I wanna eat there.

Staff from all departments are warm,attentive and polite i must say.

The drag show, music, lightings are awesome and i had a great time there.

if not for the limited upgrade and the non restaurant breakfast option, i would have had a better experience in this hotel.
