AS has been treating its Bay Area flyers like this for quite some time, and it is increasingly difficult to make any excuses or rationalizations for any of it, except that AS is no longer my carrier of first choice. Every time there's a glimmer of hope, the axe comes out, along with a basket of cyber "we still love you and are committed to you" flowers.

4 islands from OAK - gone.
SFO - Islands service - chronic time adjustments all over the place, making the (usually) one daily unworkable at times.
Reliable well-spaced OAK/Pac NW - gone.

I could go on, and maybe some of this is temporary, and maybe AS will tease us again with the promise of requited love, but AS is making the love unrequited from our (Bay Area flyers) end, not just unrequited from the AS end.
