Tried the chat bot but they ask for a claim number that's eight-digits when the incident number supplied is six-digits, a dash, and then another six-digits and it doesn't recognize this number. If anyone has an idea of ballpark period it should take to close out the cancellation/refund, please let me know. Seems following up the email is the only recourse.
