Any updates on whether we expect this hotel to still be operating in November? I know elements of this hotel sound crappy but this is far and away the only Hyatt option I can see for my family that my points will cover (I have a meager 95K points, need 2 rooms for 3 nights).

My other Hyatt options in the city start at cash rates of $630 per night, so if I attempt to combine points with cash on any other hotel it is going to end up costing a small fortune.
