edit: Ah. I see now what you mean - A CityLine (Frankfurt) jet will be flying out of Dusseldorf on Eurowings routes to train City Airlines (Munich) crews.

CLH is also based in MUC. City Airlines is currently planned for MUC ops too. The DUS EW wetlease ops is to give crews opportunities to get line checked.
