Comments: Awesome experience.upgrade was confirmed 3 days prior to arrival. I must say , the service at this property is tremendous!!! Would go back in a heartbeat. Of note, this property also seems to recognize the differenc between Titanium and "Lifetime " Titanium. Can say enough about all the staff and service.

Comments: Upgrade was confirmed 2 days prior to arrival. Upgrade was simply a building that is 10 meters closer to the beach. Restaurant and beach staff are great. Enjoyed the food. Was nice to try this property. For me Le Meridian had much better value
