Well, AA messed up, but this time they solved the problem quite well.

DEC 26
Problem 1:
AA Flight from LAX-LAS oversold by 11.
Solution: Op-upgrade a bunch of people, including my GF and I.

DEC 29
Problem 2.
AA Flight from LAX-DFW delayed to 9:30 am, causing me to miss my DFW-DCA flight.
Solution: Reservations put me on an earlier flight in F.

Problem 3.
Because I was on an earlier flight the airport transfer I bought from AA vacations could not be used. We had to take a cab.
Solution: We got a voucher refund.

Problem 4:
AA Flight DFW-DCA cancelled due to equip problems.
Solution: Put on an earlier flight.

Problem 5:
I was not informed that I was on an earlier flight, nor that mine was cancelled.
Solution: DFW Terminal C Admirals Club got us a VIP cart to out gate, just in time.

Well, not a bad job, AA. You guys suck, but I love you for trying
