Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel? No, not really.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? I I booked an entry level room and received an upgrade to a premium room.

How are the rooms? My My goodness, what a difference a weekend makes. Last week I stayed here in a lovely room on the 7th floor. This week I have been allocated a tiny room on the 5th floor. It is very different. The bathroom has no window and there is no third section for the coffee station. Last week I had a stocked minibar with iced tea, juice, orangina, coke, still and sparkling water and a snack. This week there is a can of Perrier.

How is the exec. lounge? NA

What was good and what was bad? It It is very different to the room I had last week. I found myself unexpectedly in Paris again for work, so booked the same hotel. What a disappointment. The room was small and the benefits were minuscule.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? I probably would not bother again. I would be wary unless it was dirt cheap as the room quality is rather variable.
