Stayed one night the second weekend in July. Would recommend the ground floor because the elevators tend to back up from all the tour groups. Had an issue getting into our room due to the electronic lock malfunctioning, after checking in and again in the morning after breakfast in the lounge. Multiple people down our hallway were having issues with their keys. Missed the 9pm cutoff at the lounge due to spending 30+ mins trying to get into the room the first time and after multiple trips to the front desk. Took another 20 mins in the morning, as the hotel engineer was just starting his shift.

Taxi from LHR was ~20 pounds including a small tip. Uber back to the airport was ~13 pounds. Would have taken the Hoppa bus but it either never showed or couldn't pull in due to several tour buses that were parked in front of the hotel loading their tour groups
