With the frequency of flights that Qatar has from LHR I would wager they are equally likely to bump some passengers to adjacent flights if they need to. My reading of the QR forum is that op ups are reasonably rare, or those who get them don't like to share the experience on these boards. Is the op up impossible.... no. Should you get your hopes up.... no.
