Just so you're aware, Transport for London has effectively gone down the route of other cities by creating a surcharge on airport travel, in that Heathrow is charged at peak rate whatever the time of travel. It's a pretty significant uplift.
The charge at peak rate always is only for journeys that start, end or go through zone 1*
start or end in zone 1. As Earl's Court is both a zone 1 and zone 2 station,
TFL single fare finder lists this as only being peak from 0630-0930 and 1600-1900, as it treats it as a zone 2 station in this case. So £3.40 at peak, and £2.10 at off peak.
One stop down the line at Gloucester Road (which is just zone 1), it's £5.60 anytime.
