Reading the promotions section in the app it says the below. I'm wondering if the OR is the key word for some of us missing the second 10,000 LP. Earlier this year I hit $40k spend on the card and received the "old" 10k LP bonus. Then when the card refreshed recently I received one 10k bonus and the second bonus in my account which didn't add to my total LP. I'm wondering since I received the 10k from earlier in the year I am not eligible for half of the "new" bonus since I have already earned 20k LP from the card this year.

You can earn an additional 10,000 Loyalty Points for the AAdvantageŽ status qualifying year of March 1, 2023 – February 29, 2024 after:

ˇ Earning 50,000 Loyalty Points, or

ˇ Spending $40,000 in purchases that post to your account

Plus, if you earn 90,000 Loyalty Points in the qualifying year, you’ll earn another 10,000 Loyalty Points.

You can only earn the first 10,000 additional Loyalty Points once in the qualifying year.

Complete these qualifying activities to earn up to 20,000 Loyalty Points in the qualifying year.
