I was there end of May and noticed the same thing. Two TSA in uniform scanned their card and sat down to eat and were visiting with the waitstaff. I found that odd as I thought you needed to have a boarding pass and what card is covering daily visits for airport staff?
The airport/TSA must have a contract with the Lounge to feed certain employees. Money for food.
