What's your goal? None of these hotels are great for exploring the city, but if you just want a place to sleep overnight, HR Yokohama is technically slightly closer to HND. You won't be in Tokyo, but at least the location is great for walking around.
I'm really thinking there isn't much I could do. Not sure how long it'll take to clear immigration and customs and get to any of these hotels. Knowing me, I'm going to like the least amount of hassle and some good options to eat near the hotel.
