I just checked on the flightaware site and I also could not find the delay details. So I went back thru the previous version of this thread to try to find the incident I remembered where someone had used it.

creenshots from flightaware of my 3 cancelled flights". I also found a post from someone else describing using the information from the "paid version" of airportia.com but that site seems to not have a paid version anymore.
It appears as though flightaware no longer shows this information and I haven't been able to find anywhere else to see it. I'm sorry for wasting your time... hopefully your delay letter works!
