Related question - JAL website says extra legroom complimentary for OneWorld elites + companion. If we have two OW elites and two non-elites, spread across two PNRs (one non-elite on different PNR), will they seat us together in extra legroom when calling in?
For the second part, the non elite needs to be on the same PNR for this to apply.

This relates to purchasing the emergency exit row access.
This is the first time I hear that partner awards plus OWE does not give access to emergency row. It is either a change, or a system error. Though generally, the seat selection discussions seems to be more focused on J and F. However, calling in usually only yields the same availability you see online.
