missing avios claim
I booked a hotel last year through BA but didnt get the avios points posted. I chased via email and was told that they had been credited to my account. I have checked and checked but I can't see them.
Rang BA last week, gave them the booking reference and case reference number - email today informing me that the avios have been credited by BA holidays but i still can't see them.
any idea what they are looking at?
