The Alaska website has been updated to include PEY. It appears it's retroactively including PEY flights taken after March 31, 2021.

Update 6/2023:
Looks like they have taken away the PEY fare classes.
Checked today, T appears under Economy at 50% earning despite it being Premium Economy.
