Update: still decline on all Hilton reservations with CSP

1) tried Hilton reservations with another (non-Chase card): no issues

2) tried Marriott reservations with CSP: no issues

Seems like there may be some Hilton related issues on Chase cards? Anyone with recent data points(s) to share?
