Lost bag with wallet containing cash and credit cards on a BA Flight
I recently flew in to LHR on a BA flight When I got on the flight the air crew said my cabin bag could not fit into the overhead bin (I dunno why, but it was perfectly ok in every other flight I have taken). When we landed , the bag was missing...our next flight got delayed and with no cash or card we were forced to stay overnight in the airport. Despite numerous attempts, the unhelpful staff at had no clue where my bag was. I caught my next flight and came back to the US after filing a lost bag report with Mailmyproperty.com
After 15 days and paying 400 plus dollars (221 to mailmyproperty in UK and 225 to DHL as import duties), i got my bag back. However there was no cash in my wallet. When I called mailmyproperty in UK, they informed me they will send the cash as a check. Has anyone had a similar nightmare experience?
