Another disappointing experience on a A321Neo... this time from LAS-BOS. Found out after departure that the oven was 'broken'... so the only choices were the chicken salad, or the arugula salad. The chicken salad was not very appetizing or flavorful. And of course they loaded half and half of each, so the chicken salad was gone at the 3rd row... not happy pax.
