happy new year everyone!

unfortunately for me, the new year is going to start with trouble ... its suddenly (like in the last 48h) looking like i'll need to look for alternative liviing arrangements for the next 2-4 weeks

there's an extended stay nearby with a $40 daily rate, but i thought i'd check here to see if anyone can suggest an cheaper alternative at such short notice?
