The Duty Manager is empowered to make the call, We had 36 hours left in the stay, giving the other two suites would have not lost them much revenue.
Their ‘kind’ offer to refund me my two nights on points because it was 7PM on night two still hasn’t materialised, let alone my demand for all three nights.
Many of the GSY staff are former Churchill. They are all in surprised, which is telling.
The Suite at GSY I thought would feel smaller but it’s nicer than the Regency Suite with a proper door. The bathroom is over double the size. The entire mini bar is complimentary, Including a mini bottle of Vueve which are all replenished daily. Was also given two cocktail vouchers at check in.
We walked outside yesterday and were at Trafalgar Square in 30 seconds. Walked down to the Eye, Big Ben, Westminster and down to the Palace. The location is incredible.

I have to agree it sounds like an amazing treatment from GSY?
Is it a standard suite? And free mini bar and vouchers standard for suite guests? Or Globalists? Or just to recover from Churchill letdow?
