depends on your avios stash but...

Dubai might well be available although it will still be very hot in September. Generally plenty of avios business seats, with rfs it would be £900 taxes and approx 180k (I'd check) avios.

Greek Islands are nice or how about Marrakesh?

As others have said Monday availability for reward flights is generally better than Sunday
