Thanks and yes I understand, to be fair any Thursday to Sunday would work in September anywhere warm in Europe (by the sea would be preferable but beggars can’t be choosers).

I’ve searched loads of options and can’t find any available flights for our premium plus voucher which I guess shows that CV are really best used for booking long haul premium cabins 12 months in advance (which is how we usually use them!)
