I concur. For me the LH Biz lounges at FRA and MUC are perfecto because they feature self-serve soft drinks, beer, wine and liquor. Many overseas lounges also have self-serve refrig stocked with beer. Unfortunately most US states have antiquated licensing laws that preclude self-serve alcohol (though some of us recall the days when DL outstation lounges (e.g. BTR) had self-serve drinks because there were no lounge workers). To be fair UA seems to get it as several UCs have self-serve soft drink dispensers.
