Delay LAS-PHX on American for weather, SWA in the air and ontime
I am sitting on AAL 1664, for about 90 minutes. We departed the gate at about 12:40 PDT, and have been “taxiing” since. Update from Pilot and FAs is “weather” and “Phoenix halt of traffic”
SWA 2349 left it’s gate at 1:08 PDT and is mostly to PHX with an ontime arrival. Obviously weather isn’t the only thing to blame
PHX on FlightAware shows a status of no major delays. LAS shows average departure delay of 15-30 mins
Am I missing something here?
