Upgrade: Don't believe we were upgraded, but wasn't expecting it as I did see that the hotel was sold out for a couple of nights of our stay. We did have a "cathedral view" room which may have been a small upgrade.
$100 Property Credit: used for 2 cocktails and an appetizer at the Gold Room. Credit applied correctly at check out.
Comment: Just thought I would share my recent experience at the Lotte New York Palace. At check-in, I was welcomed as booking through Amex THC and she informed me that in addition to the standard $100 property credit, the benefits included a $100 breakfast credit EACH day and also included free wifi which would have been $15/day. I did question her about this and she said it was new starting in July. This was a pleasant surprise and the $100 went a long way in their coffee shop/bakery, Pomme Palais, each morning. Overall, the room was kept very clean and the service from everyone we interacted with was excellent. We were only on the 11th floor but we couldn't hear any street noise. The location of the hotel was perfect for the things we typically do in the city. Paid with 2 separate Platinum cards with spend $750 get $150 back offers which have both posted. Would definitely stay there again.
