Welcome! And great that you are interested in having a fun trip abroad in J. It’s pretty difficult to offer too much advice when what you are looking for is so broad. Would be better if you can narrow down to at very least the region you might want to go to, and what your point budget is along with your financial budget for the trip.
I would refer to the opening post on this thread which states (emphases mine):

Thanks....I always thought the more flexible I was, the easier it would be to find something.
I am looking to book a trip in Oct for 2-3 weeks, YVR-Middle of Europe (Greece, Croatia, Czech, Romania, Germany area), in J class with lie flat seats for under 150,000 Aeroplan points.
