The more I read, the more confused I get.

I am flying business class from Qatar (DOH) to JFK and then first class JFK to CLT. I arrive and depart from terminal 8. Do I have access to the Flagship Lounge?

This all may be academic as my layover is only 3h50m. But I am global entry and should have a couple of free hours if lucky.
